If I've said it once I've said it a hundred times, never insult the judge overseeing your case. That is a message that I have delivered directly sitting right here to this particular camera. I've delivered that to Donald Trump, his lawyers and everybody in his orbit. And luckily, no lot of them have taken my advice and they continue to go out there and insult the judges that are basically holding their fate in their hands. And we saw it play out once again this week, not in Donald Trump's favor when he appealed a decision last week to continue holding him in contempt, charging him $10,000 a day, which yes does include weekends. So $70,000 per week, they appealed it. And on Monday filed a motion with the appellate court to get it repealed. And immediately after filing the motion, Donald Trump told Bloomberg quote, uh, we have a judge that frankly has been unbelievably unfair. We've given millions and millions of pages and he says, give more, give more, always give more, make it sound like the judge is some kind of greedy little child here. Like I want more, Hey, more documents and building a document house. And I don't have enough. I that's, that's not what happened. And of course, as I mentioned, he is talking about the original judge. The judge still overseeing the case, by the way, not the appellate judges who he was trying to get to throughout the case. Well, to nobody's surprise Tuesday morning, just a couple hours. The appellate court came back and said, no, we're not purging your contempt. You're still going to be charged $10,000 a day, buddy. Suck it up and deal with it and turn over these documents that we continue to ask for. And again, I do think a lot of it has to do with the fact that Trump will not stop insulting these judges. You're not gonna take any kind of pity on the person when they're out there, trashing your colleagues. And I do speak from experience on this. Let me just explain a couple things. Obviously here at ring of fire, we do a lot of legal segments because we've got a lot of lawyers, you know, Mike Paonia, one of the best in the country here, and we've gone out and we've talked about cases that Mike Paonia and you know, partners at his law firm are currently handling. The one thing we do not do is we don't trash. The judges that are overseeing those cases occasionally. Yeah. After the cases have ended and there's no appeals, no nothing. It's over. We'll talk some smack about the judges, but never until I, after it's done. And do you know why that is? Because you don't wanna off the judges. You don't wanna go and taint anything. Even if you think it could be appealed, you still don't do it yet. Trump doesn't learn that he has not learned that he's still out there doing the same thing that eventually is going to off enough judges that he's not gonna have any friends left in the judiciary. He continues to lose in court. That's the big takeaway here. And to be honest, based on what I've seen from plenty of lawsuits, part of it has to do with how he treats those judges. Now you may disagree with me, but trust me, I am speaking from experience. When you antagonize that judge, any judge and any step of this, it doesn't ever end well for you. ····· 11106450

Donald Trump this week finally decided to get on his own social media app truth, social, where he, of course fumed about the fact that, that the grand jury of course has been impaneled in the state of Georgia, specifically Fulton county by district attorney Fannie Willis. So to Donald Trump gets on truth social after months of radio silence from him. And this is what he has to say. The witch hunt continues this time in Fulton county, Georgia considered one of the most corrupt areas anywhere in the country where a special get Trump grand jury has been convened to discuss a perfect phone call that was made by me as president. I am the chief law enforcement officer of the us. The election was rigged and stolen. First of all, no, no, it was not. Second of all. Did everybody catch what he said there? Did everybody understand what he was attempting to do? You know, not just attack the grand jury and all that crap by talking about the fact that I am the chief law enforcement officer in this country, which actually you're not even that, what he was trying to do was go ahead and shift the narrative about that phone call, trying to say that, listen, I wasn't to him go find the votes. I was telling him, I guess, investigate voter fraud in your state. Unfortunately for him, that's not going to work, right? We have the audio of the call that is publicly available to anybody that spends five seconds searching for it. We know what you said. You said, go find the votes. You didn't say go investigate voter fraud. So this little distraction, you know, this, this new narrative that he is trying to craft here, this isn't going to work. First of all, the attorney general, by the way of the United States is the top law enforcement officer in, in the United States, not the president. The president is the commander in chief of the armed forces, not the investigatory bodies. You, you would think somebody that was president would understand that, but apparently Donald Trump does not. Or he thinks his base is not smart enough to understand what he is doing here. And why is it that every phone call Donald Trump makes he describes as perfect, right? The phone call with Zinsky that led to his first impeachment. It was a perfect phone call. The phone call with Raven Berger in Georgia, a perfect phone call. Has anybody out there ever had a perfect phone call? Like have you ever hung up the phone with somebody and said, wow, that was perfect. Could not have been better? What a weird way to describe any phone call that you've ever had, especially one that was recorded and is now of course being Used against you to determine whether or not you violated the law. So we can probably expect more of this. Maybe Donald Trump's gonna have a bigger presence on truth social. Now, now that that grand jury has been impaneled and is starting to get to work, but who knows, maybe he'll realize eventually that he's barking in the dark, cuz nobody's on truth. Social remains to be seen. But one thing is clear. Donald Trump held a rally this past Saturday in the state of Texas and man was it a doozy. He was playing some of the greatest hits and of course, throwing out some new talking points for his ultra rabid base. And of course the biggest thing he said over this past weekend, that is if he become is president again, he may consider pardoning some of the Capitol rioters. Here's exactly what he said. If I run and I win, we will treat those people from January 6th fairly. We will treat them fairly and if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons because they are being treated so unfairly. So you managed to say a word or at least a variation of that same word three times in two sentences. So, hey, that's, that's a thing, right? He continues. This hasn't happened to all of the other atrocities that took place recently. Nothing like this has happened. What that unselect committee is doing and what the people are doing that are running those prisons, it's a disgrace. It's a disgrace. Because he has to repeat himself a lot because he doesn't know exactly what to say. But here's what I find so interesting. He didn't say he was gonna pardon these people. And I woke up, you know, Sunday morning, everybody's Donald Trump says he's gonna, pardon the. No, he didn't. Donald Trump's not gonna do anything, folks. Listen to the way he said it. Let me read it again. We will treat them fairly and if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons because they're being treated so unfairly. If it requires pardons. Now you see this man actually had the authority, the ability and the power to go ahead and issue pardons for these people two weeks before he left office. It happened on January 6th, he left office 14 days later. He had two weeks he sat there not pardoning these individuals. They have been begging him for the last 12 months, help us out, pay our legal bills. You know, spread our stories, do something. They have turned against him. You know, these were the, obviously the most hardcore supporters and a lot of them have turned against him. They're going into courtrooms every single week saying he's responsible for this. He is responsible for what we did. He got us riled up. He encouraged this. I blame him for my actions and I hate myself for it. So now you're starting to understand why Trump is out there dangling these imaginary pardons in front of these individuals. Not because he thinks he's gonna do it, but because he wants to win 'em back over to his side. And of course, because he wants to play into the whole thing that Marjorie Taylor Greene says that, oh, they're being mistreated in prisons. No, they're not. People have actually looked into this, real people, not Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan. They're being treated no different than any other prisoners. And we can talk again, as I always say, about the horrid conditions under which prisoners are kept in the United States, that's a conversation worth having. But to think that these individuals are being treated any worse than anybody else is an absolute lie. If these radical vicious racist prosecutors do anything wrong or illegal, I hope we are going to have in this country, the biggest protest we have ever had in Washington, DC and New York and Atlanta and elsewhere because our country and our elections are corrupt. In reality, they're not after me, they're after you. I just happen to be the person in the way. You know, that is the exact same line that Matt Gaetz has been feeding us ever since his investigation came to light. Oh, they're not after me. They're, they're after you. I'm just in the way. No, you're corrupt as hell and you're finally getting the scrutiny that you deserve. But here's the thing. Trump chose his words very carefully. And this is because obviously this man is facing lawsuits for the very words he spoke at the January 6th Stop the Steal rally. He didn't say, I want you to go out there and make a scene. He said, I want protests, specifically used the word protests because there's nothing illegal about protesting. Unless of course you happen to live in a right wing state where they have passed a law allowing motorists to run you down in the streets if you're protesting. That, that might be, you know, a problem. But he said protests. And he said on the caveat, if they do anything wrong or illegal, not if they prosecute me, if they indict me. No, no, no. Just if there's anything wrong or illegal. So he chose his words very carefully. If his supporters were to go out assuming, all right, let's assume for a second he gets indicted in either DC, Georgia, New York, any of the places where he is being investigated. Let's assume he gets indicted in just one of those places. His supporters go out there and they start rioting, right? They attack the Capitol again. And people come out and say, hey, Donald Trump did this. Let's sue him for it. Uh-uh. He was very clear. You're, you're not gonna be able to get him on inciting a riot at that point. Because again, if they do anything wrong or illegal, I hope you're going to have in this country, the biggest protest we've ever had. I do not think he chose those words lightly. I think somebody, somebody far smarter than him, told him what to say and how to say it and he actually did. He followed through on it because it absolves him of any responsibility should his supporters, who he knows will do horrible things, do horrible things. So that was actually kind of smart. But let's also think for a moment, nothing wrong or illegal is happening. He's trying to frame it that way, of course, to downplay any charges he may face. That the obvious part. That's the thing everybody should understand and we should know without me even having to say it. Donald Trump is in a lot of trouble because Donald Trump's businesses and maybe even Trump himself have done a lot of horrible things. Things that may not always line up with the letter of the law. And they're starting to see an interesting pattern emerge among the people that have been accused of breaking the law, taking, uh, part in the capital riots and more and more frequently, these Rio are going into court, not just begging for leniency, but begging for leniency by arguing that Donald Trump is responsible for their actions effectively, we did what we did because we had gotten so enraged and riled up by the words that Donald Trump told us what they mean is when he told us the election was stolen at that stop, the steel rally that morning, kind of feeding off of each other's inner energy, getting angry, marching to the capital and storming it again. More and more people are doing this. And of course, more and more frequently, we're beginning to see the judges overseeing these trials, say the same thing, actually blaming Donald Trump for getting that crowd riled up or to put it another way, inciting a riot. Now some of the judge are in fact being more lenient on these capital rioters who do come forward with this argument. So undoubtedly, we're going to see more and more of them try to use it in an attempt to get more leniency in their sentencing. But here's the thing the judges are saying this, the people involved are saying this, this doesn't bode well for Donald Trump's chances for winning the civil lawsuits that have been filed against him for the lawsuits accused, inciting a riot. Now what could happen. And honestly, I feel what should happen at this point. And this would be a very interestingly strategy should, you know, the, the, the folks with the civil lawsuit choose to do it. So here's my advice. Call the riot or the, uh, rioters themselves to testify, read back their own court statements. If you have to, to get them, you know, to tell the truth here. But that to me is the biggest piece of evident ins available that shows that Donald Trump is in fact guilty of inciting this riot, inciting an insurrection, whatever you want to call it, which of course, if you do call it an insurrection, then Trump's words would be considered sedition, which then by the 14th amendment probably would be barred from ever holding office. Again, here in the United States. See how that slippery slope see how fast that goes. And of course it all hinges on what these defendants are telling the judges right now. And there are still by the way, hundreds left hundreds that have not gone to trial yet, and we're gonna see more of this. But again, those civil lawsuits filed by capital police filed by members of Congress. They need to have these people come in and testify, bring them in one after the other, bring in 50, bring in 100, if you have to, because that's how you make the case. You don't just show the footage. You don't just read back the words that he said at the stop, the steel rally, you have to go further than that. And you have to bring in the individuals that actually took place in it. The vis who say that they thought Trump was giving them orders on what to do because after all isn't that the smoking gun, if you're trying to prove that he incited this, why not talk to the people who say he incited me, he riled me up. He enraged me to the point that I did this. That's how you win that case. Now, these people may not want to go to trial and testify against the man that they loved so dearly, but their words are already in court records. They can't run from them. They cannot deny them. Of course, if they do, you know, they could find themselves in another legal predicaments. So call 'em in, have them tell their stories about what happened that day, because that may be the only way to take down Donald Trump via the January 6th involvement.
