Victoria has removed almost all COVID restrictions fully vaccinated residents as the state approaches its 90 per cent double dose target a week earlier than initially projected.\n\nMore than 88 per cent of Victorians have received both of their COVID jabs and almost 93 per cent have had one dose. \n\nPremier Daniel Andrews has congratulated those who rolled up their sleeve. \n\nNightclubs have reopened and sitting while drinking is no longer required. \n\nLimits on home visitors have been removed, along with density limits at hospitality venues. \n\nMasks are no longer mandatory in most workplaces with the exception of high-risk occupations.\n\nThe face coverings are however still required for customers and workers in retail and restaurant settings until December 15.
