Properties: *The combination of the carbohydrates Highly Branched Dextrin (Maltodextrin) and Isomaltulose, optimize the oxidation of carbohydrates with a control of blood glucose levels that helps the intensity and physical performance. *Highly Branched Dextrin (Maltodextrin) is produced from waxy corn starch, is highly water-soluble, has low viscosity and a relatively fast gastric emptying time. It is composed of Amylose and Amylopectin, which are small portions of carbohydrates of high molecular weight, which provide rapid energy availability and good digestibility. * Isomaltulose is a fully digestible disaccharide, with a slow metabolism rate (85% less than sucrose), and reports a low glycemic index. *Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids.
