One of the significant drawbacks, namely longer solidification time is taken into consideration which has been solved using particle reinforcement with mould materials towards improvement of soft tooling process. An in-depth experimental study on the physical properties (thermal conductivity, modulus of elasticity and viscosity) of composite mould materials is carried out.
