Presently, Dr. Pathan is working as a Professor of Mining Engineering and Dean, Faculty of Engineering at Mehran University, Pakistan.He is also remained Director General of `Sindh Coal Authority`. He is author of more than twenty national and international publications related with Rock Mechanics, Mine Design, Mineral Processing. Dr. A. G. is awarded `Best University Teacher Award` by HEC in 2009.
