The Dermosel shampoo contains MSM as a source of organic sulfur, with keratolytic and keratoplastic activity, softening excessively keratinized tissues which allows its elimination. It also has regulating activity of the sebaceous glands, diminishing the micro environmental conditions that favor the development of yeasts and fungi, being thus very effective against the secondary infections of Malassezia. It also promotes follicular drainage, helping to eliminate bacteria (ideal as an adjuvant to anti-infective treatment). The Dermosel shampoo also contains Salix alba, a natural substance known for centuries, whose keratoplastic properties help restore the epidermis and add to the properties of MSM. Admeás the Salix alba has a powerful degreasing and antipruritic effect, which means that it acts as a regulator of the oiliness of the skin, favors the regeneration of the stratum corneum and normalizes a defective keratinization.
