Anhydrous Citric Acid Pharma Grade with fine white crystalline granular appearance. Lemon juice contains between 5% and 7%. It has a major role in the metabolism of all living organisms, the human body produces almost 2g per day and decomposes them again. Its uses are diverse: as a food additive (E330), an additive in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, an acidifier for soft drinks and a pH regulator. It is also an anti-lime (removes and dissolves lime) and a great antioxidant. Citric acid is totally biodegradable and non-toxic. It is part of the basic household products that should not be missing at home.
