Notably, Ash1L is necessary for 4q35 gene de-repression. These results suggest that the RNA functions by recruiting Ash1L to counteract PcG silencing at D4Z4 leading to 4q35 gene de-repression in FSHD. In fact the proper dose of hormone used, the highest callus (3.650) found from MS+ 3.0 mg/L 2, 4-D +0.5 mg/L Kinetin. Among the varieties, Shatabdhi showed the best performance for shoot regeneration.Variety and hormone concentration had significant effect in shoot regeneration.
