····· 10361150652

für 71.10€ kaufen ···· Rheinberg-Buch.de - Bücher, eBooks, DVD & Blu-ray The amino acids composition of protein determines their unique structure, function and folding kinetics. Proteins form an essential part of all living organisms and participate in every process within cells. Therefore understanding of the various types of interactions operating in between amino acids to protein folding is an extremely serious task that has been achieved by number of theoretical and experimental studies.Due to the complex conformational and configurational three-dimensional structures of protein direct investigations of the solute/solvent effect on these biological macromolecules are very challenging. The studies of such systems have at least two main advantages. The first advantage relates to the relative ease of the microscopic interpretation of experimental data derived from the studies on low molecular weight model compounds. The second advantage comes out from the fact that such model studies readily allow one to systemically alter the structure so that the contribution of a chosen atomic group can be addressed. ····· 10361147448

Biological oxidation used for removing organics from industrial effluents is not suitable for these compounds and catalytic wet oxidation is one of the major alternatives for their destruction. The main objective of our research is preparation of mesoporous MCM-41 material with incorporation of transition metals like Fe, Co, Ni, Mn into the framework sites, physico-chemical characterization of the catalyst and testing the catalytic activity of MCM41-supported metal catalysts for wet oxidation of phenol and its analogues in water with the aim of destroying these contaminants. Consequently, we have optimized the catalysts and the reaction conditions for catalytic wet oxidation of phenol and its analogues, analyzed the products by GC-MS and established the mechanism of oxidation of the phenolic compounds, examined the catalysts with respect to their leaching characteristics and hence, evaluating their green chemistry role during their utilization. ····· 10361147377
für 44.10€ kaufen ···· Rheinberg-Buch.de - Bücher, eBooks, DVD & Blu-ray Oscillations are everywhere in biology the heart beat, circadian rhythms, fertility cycles life could not exist without them. Thanks partly to the discovery of oscillations in biochemical pathways, oscillating reactions reached the status of a branch of laboratory chemistry in the early 60`s. Since then, theoretical and experimental studies of oscillating reactions have been carried out in many laboratories, and the interest in this type of phenomena is increasing very rapidly, since the phenomena involved are occasionally counterintuitive and often aesthetically pleasing. In the last decades, several studies have been published that show the potential of these reactions in analytical-based determinations. Applicability of the oscillating reactions for this purpose arises from their inherent complexity and extreme sensitivity to various perturbations. This book devotes special attention to practical aspects of oscillating chemical reactions in analytical chemistry. It deals with oscillating chemical reactions including Bray Liebhafsky (BL), Belousov Zhabotinskii (BZ), Orban, and peroxidase-oxidase oscillatory reactions used so far for analytical monitoring purposes. ····· 10361147373

Humic substances constitute a major fraction of the dissolved and particulate organic matter in natural ecosystem. The ubiquitous presence of humic substances together with their ability to provide multiple sites for chemical reaction makes them relevant to numerous biogeochemical processes. The functional group chemistry and microstructure which are influenced by the surrounding media determine the reactivity of humic substances. Humic acid is one of the most important source and sink for metal ions in a number of environments including soil and sediments in both fresh and saline waters and hence it deserves special attention. ····· 10361147317

Ru precursors were selected because of their structural, novelty and catalytic behavior. the increasing applications of Tryphenyl phosphines(PPh3) derivatives of Ru compounds as catalysts and starting materials in preparative chemistry insisted to select ruthenium precursors with phosphine ligands in particular and an amide ligands are formed because of diversified, coordinating behavior. This book mainly contains synthesis and characterization of Ru(II),Ru(III)OMC with coordinated ligands and their catalytic applications on selected pharmaceuticals, and are characterized by several spectroscopic techniques. the Ru OMC were selected to study catalytic activities based on the oxidation states of Ru availability of hydride ligands. Ru(III),Ru(II) OMC derived from their precursors are used in the applications of oxidation, reduction reactions on drugs containing alcoholic, nitro groups and also hydrolysis on drugs containing ester groups mainly. ····· 10361147273

The developed method which involves MSPD, followed by evaporation of eluate through nitrgen gas and direct Flame Ionization detector analysis, was performed by dispersing 4:1(g/g) carbon nanotubes stationary phase on spiked honey sample and elution with 8:2 (v/v) hexane:acetone. The recovery values of insectecides were: 103.3 % for malathion with % RSD of 12.1, 96.5 % for malaoxon with % RSD of 10.9, 101.2 % for fenitrothion with % RSD 9.8 and 83.6% for isomalathion with % RSD of 11.1. standard addition calibration method was carried out for the honey sample matix using the standard mixture of the insecticides and slope of curves, were stitistically compared to slope of calibration curves constructed using pure solvent. Limits of detection was 7.0 ng/g for malathion, malaoxon and fenitrothion and 33.3 ng/g for isomalathion. ····· 10361147212· 1 · ::::: · 2 ·· 3 ·· 4 ·· 5 ·· 6 ·· 7 ·· 8 · ::::: · 26 ·
