Hierfür wurde ein HiL-Prüfstand während dieser Arbeit aufgebaut, der eine Kombination aus elektrischen Quellen und Lasten inklusive Fahrzeugbatterie und Generator so ansteuert, dass reale dynamische Bordnetzlasten nachgebildet werden können. Zur Erzeugung dieser Lasten wurden elektromechanische Modelle der verwendeten Fahrwerksaktoren modelliert und an einem Versuchsträger validiert. Diese Arbeit zeigt, dass es mit der oben beschriebenen Konfiguration möglich ist, schon im Auslegungsprozess die Strombelastung des Bordnetzes durch hochdynamische Verbraucher zu simulieren.
