Hemos estudiado 150 alumnos de 2º de ESO del IES El Bohío de Cartagena y 69 alumnos formadores de los anteriores que pertenecen a los ciclos de Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería y Técnicos Superiores en Salud Ambiental de Formación Profesional del mismo centro. Los resultados de los adolescentes se han comparado con un grupo control que incluía 108 alumnos de 2º de ESO de un centro educativo de Cartagena con características semejantes. Se registraron las siguientes variables: Consumo de alimentos en las distintas comidas del día, Higiene de las manos, hábitos durante la comida, estando solos o en familia, ver televisión durante las comidas, colaboración en las tareas domésticas, y conocimiento de las funciones de los alimentos. Los datos se recogieron en octubre, al comenzar el curso lectivo, y en junio, al finalizar las clases y el programa de educación nutricional. ····· 103612412
