Results revealed that preservice and inservice teachers perceptions of teaching were generally positive about computer education. However, results indicated some negative points in their perceptions and competencies. Increased soybean proportion resulted in increased bulk density, hardness, specific length, moisture content, WAI, WSI and WHC but reduced diametric expansion of extruded product.
